Delete Your Account

If you have a NALO account, you can request deletion of your account and associated account data.

Where available, you can delete your account directly inside the relevant NALO service by going to account settings and choosing Delete Account.

Please send the request from the email address connected to your NALO account where possible. If you cannot access that email, include enough information for NALO to verify that the account belongs to you.

What May Be Deleted

Account deletion may remove account access, saved conversations, Kyro chat history, account settings, user content, and other data associated with the account.

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, backups, dispute resolution, or enforcement of NALO terms and policies.
